EXIT_SAPLCOKO1_004 can be used to change the tolerance. In here, you have the quantity:
cs_caufvd_new-GAMNG (is_header_new-GAMNG) and you have access to the AFPOD structure:
(is_item_new = cs_afpod_new). So I think you should be able to change the tolerance in here.
