1. If the performance issues are on the SNP optimizer server due the lack of the OS resources, data selection, SNP optimizer issues =>
create the message at SCM-APO-OPT-SNP to discuss it.
2. If the performance turning issue you want to discuss related to the SCM database or liveCache or LCA routines => let us know the SCM version, liveCache version, LCA build first.
Did you check the liveCache parameters configuration?
To find the liveCache bottleneck please use the DB analyzer.
Haw many liveCachetransactions will run in parallell? What is the value of MAXCPUs? CACHE size parameter?
The sizing & performance turning of SCM system => create the message at SV-BO-SCM component.
