Function module to Assign Configurable materail to material MP3 view

Hi all

We have configurable material added in basic data 2 view (MARA-SATNR ) for non configurable material (Material variant) . same material need to be updated in MRP3 (MARC-STDPD ) view using a function module or BAPI. How can we achieve this.
