Hi Navi,

Look for the personnel area assigned to the position using table PA0001. Assumption here is that employee is occupying the position.

Based on the personnel area, you can find the company code and hence, the country assigned to the position.

If the position is vacant and there is OM-PA integration, then find out the personnel area using account assignment infotype 1008. And then the company code and finally the country.
