GB Payroll PRE-DME - identification number stamp is missing in BT Table

Hi, We processed Pre-dme today and dme was processed immideately, this was for 5000+ employees. While processing RTI FPS we recieved an error that payment run is not processed. When we look at the BT table there is no stamp for pre-dme was processed, but employees were picked in DME file.

Question

1. Will pre-dme process and yet not update the stamp in BT table

2. Will DME be processed without stamp in BT table

3. Is there any ways Stamp in Pre-DME can be cleared / deleted...manually or via a program ?
