Once in MB1B, 541 mvmt type is entered for material/vendor/sloc per line item and then it's saved. Seems like we could bypass this step with MIGO though. HU's are utilized here and not SU's. They only use SAP for component receive, assembly and repack bars (also scan in deliveries from other plant location in Mexico). Component orders coming in from other auto suppliers and manually entered in SAP (not scanned). PLEX System manages shippers, inventory control and shipping ASN's.
