Component Usage GSText.MainWindow toolbar doesn't appear in the assignment block

Hi Experts,

I have a question regarding the assigning view GS_TEXT to PROVICHD with an assignment block. I have read how to reusing view in another component with component usage in this link http://www.sapcrmwebui.com/2013/05/45reusing-view-in-another-component.html , i already succeed adding component GS_CM (attachment) into the custom assignment block, but I cannot use the same way I used in the attachment for the Notes (GS_TEXT). The toolbar didn't appears as it are not bind each other.

I already did the same configuration for the component usage and main window in Runtime Repository Editor as in the attachment.

I also enhance the WD_USAGE_INITIALIZE just as in the component SRQM_INCIDENT_H, just like i did for the attachment.

Did I lost some steps or I do it in the incorrect ways?
