Screen area 005(Reference object)not display after Customizing quality notification type

Hi, experts

     Now I customizing a quality notification type Z4 reference QS(StabilStudy with Mat).

     When I have defined an 005 screen area for 10\TAB01,

     But when I create a quality notification, the area didnot display.
