Update assignments in a work center (hrms)

Hi,

we setup the org management with a hierarchy of several org units then position and person. We use these elements to assign the position within the work center (CNR2 -> HRMS -> Position -> Assignment of the OrgStructure position).

How can the assignment in the HRMS be updated when the persons (in the org structure) within the position are updated?
