I think the updated status will not be populated.
Reason you must be loading deltas to the inventory cube and not the full load daily.
So in your DSO you would do a full load daily to get the updated status of material but in your cube you may not get all the materials in delta and while doing a look up on the dso only newly created records will be considered and old records will remain same with the old status.
Case if material X is old stock today,you get this value while doing a look up on DSO(Considering it as full load).After few days the status of the same material changed to Expired.Now when you do a delta update this X material will not be there hence the status remains the same.
