it cant find the resource so please check first also the error in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG Error Log run report /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE 1942166 - Chip can't be added to page: HTTP 404: You can check in HTTPtrace or F12 chrome developer tool what is the exact error. ensure service /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE , ie service is maintained
