Finally i made myself into trouble replicating your issue in my system 
.
But able to identify the bug.
Go to Table TCVIEW in Sm30
Click Maintain
Search for Program SAPLIPAR
Select the fields you made invisible IHPA-PARVW, IHPA-PARNR, DIADR-NAME_LIST, IHPAVB-ADR_FLAG, PARTNERDISCRIPTION, TPART-VTEXT and GV_ICON_TIME
Click the details icon and remove the check in Invisible Col., which is the last field.
If you do not have access, contact your ABAPer.
