       If you are doing migo with ref. to multiple Plant , You have to write EXIT/Badi for different plants.As per my knowledge there is no config that issue msg regarding multi plants.

some useful badi that may help you as below.

MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI                       BAdI in MIGO for Changing Item Data

MB_MIGO_BADI                            BAdI in MIGO for External Detail Subscreens

MB_ME_CSGMT_BADI_SAP                    BAdI: Consignment Processing - Stock Transfer

MB_DOC_BADI_INTERNAL                    BAdIs During Creation of a Material Document (SAP Internal)

MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE                      BADI when updating material document: MSEG and MKPF
