- Go to https://support.sap.com
- Select Download Software
- Select Support Packages & Patches
- Select Alphabetical List of Products
- Select P
- Select Sybase PowerBuilder
- Select the desired version of PB
- Select the OS link (12.6 has an incorrect OS link but the software is correct)
- Scroll to the bottom of the list for the last patch
