I use all available versions of NWBC Destkop on a 64-bit Win7 without any problems. What kind of bugs do You have?

Besides Note 1378659 please also review chapter 3,4 and 10 of the official documentation:

If it needs deeper analysis (I can tell it after I know what are Your bugs) it would be better to report the problem in a support message.
