The permanent solution would be to compress the cube with "Zero Elimination". This would aggregate the records based upon the key combination and therefore this records would be excluded.
Also if you are going for exclusion option then this would degrade the performance of the Query to some extent . On the other hand Compression would improve the Query performance. Now or later you have to compress the cube .
